Ronald Neil Thompson, Jr., 51, of 137 Revista Drive, husband of Brenda L. Yorty Thompson, died Tuesday, July 26, 2016.

Born in Conneaut, Ohio, he was the son of Patricia Corbitt and Ronald Neil Thompson, Sr. of Conneaut, Ohio.  He was a graduate of Conneaut High School and served in the US Air Force.  He worked with Pendleton Finishing Plant of Milliken and Company for over 20 years.  He was a member of New Spring Church in Anderson, SC.

Surviving in addition to his parents and wife are a son, Brandon Neil Thompson of the home; daughter, Desirae Renae Thompson of Powdersville, SC; brother, Richard Thompson of Conneaut, OH; sisters, Rhonda Flanigan of Geneva, OH, Lana (Jeff) Hebert of North Pole, AK; Krissi (Anthony) Evans of Henderson, NV and Deana (Kenny) Rhodes of Conneaut, OH; and 14 nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 PM, Tuesday, August 2, 2016 and again at 12 Noon to 1 PM, Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be 1 PM, Wednesday, August 3, 2016 in the Chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, Central, SC.  Per his wishes Ronnie will be cremated following the service.
