Ronnie Eugene Sweet, 58, of 150 Mel Drive and husband of Gail Harbin Sweet, died Sunday, December 10, 2006 at Palmetto Health Baptist, Easley.
Born in Pickens County, a son of the late Louis and Christine Fortner Sweet, he was a retired employee with Alice Manufacturing and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving in addition to his wife of the home are: three step-sons, Randy Bagwell of the home, Michael Bagwell and Timothy Bagwell both of Easley; a brother, Hayward Sweet of Easley; 3 sisters, Pat Cantrell of Palm Beach, FL, Bobbie Stephens and Louise Youngblood both of Easley; 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers, Bill Sweet and Cotton Sweet.
Services will be 3 PM, Tuesday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with burial to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 2 to 3 PM, Tuesday prior to the service at the funeral home.
The family will be at their respective homes.
