Rosa Lee Albertson James, 88, of 2011 Greenville Highway, wife of the late Eddie A. James, died Saturday, February 16, 2008, at Palmetto Health Baptist Easley.
Born in Anderson County, a daughter of the late Henry F. and Nancy Crowe Albertson, Mrs. James retired from Ruth Fashions of Liberty and was a member of Flat Rock Baptist Church,
Surviving are a daughter, Mary Lee James of Liberty; eight brothers, Frank, Dan, Truman, Jimmy, Wylie, Harold, Jerry and Ozell Albertson, all of Easley; two sisters, Sue Whitman of Greensboro, NC, and Della Thompson of Easley. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. James was predeceased by four brothers, Willard, Judge, Ray and Colonel Albertson, and by four sisters, Dolar Bagwell, Bernice Gilstrap, Mae Albertson and Ellie Clardy, and by her step-mother, Ruby Albertson.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, Easley with Rev. Tommy Ramey and Rev. Charlie Barnett officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
