Mrs. Rosemary Symonds Holtzendorff, 89, wife of the late Preston Brooks "Hoby" Holtzendorff, III., passed away Thursday, June 15, 2023.

Born in Stowmarket, England, a daughter of the late Percival Lawrence Symonds and the late Edith Deacon Symonds, Mrs. Holtzendorff was the retired owner and operator of Rosemary's Catering, and was a member of Easley Presbyterian Church where she served as past president of the Women of the Church.

Surviving are  her daughter, Anica Laura Holtzendorff Owen (David) of Easley; a son, Kevin Brooks Holtzendorff; her grandchildren, Preslee Owen, Ella Owen, Brooks Holtzendorff, and Erik Holtzendorff; her great-grandchildren, Michael and Laura Holtzendorff; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Holtzendorff was predeceased by a son, Preston B. Holtzendorff, IV; a brother, Bill Symonds, and three sisters, Jessica Noble, Mavis Unruh and Mary Rodgers.

Memorial services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at Easley Presbyterian Church.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the church fellowship hall.

A private committal will take place at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Pickens.
