Ruby Ella Chappell Breedlove, 89, of 112 Pine Circle, wife of the late Gordon Eli Breedlove, Sr., died Sunday March 25, 2007 at Palmetto Health Baptist, Easley.
Born in North Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Arthur Anderson and Emily Josephine Smith Chappell. Mrs. Breedlove was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
Surviving are four sons, Oder L. Breedlove and his wife, Sandra, Gordon E. Breedlove, Jr. and his wife Stella and Clyde A. Breedlove and his wife, Susie, all of Pickens, and Guy Breedlove and his wife, Dot, of Greenville ; two daughters, Sadie )Nell) McCroskey and her husband, Ken, of Pelzer and Mary Elizabeth Barker and her husband, Kenneth, of Six Mile ; a sister, Norma Thomas, of North Carolina ; 12 grandchildren ; 22 great-grandchildren and one great,great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be 11:00 am Wednesday in Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown with the Reverends Terry Sherfield and Chris Jarrad officiating. Burial will follow in New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery, Pickens.
The family is at the home of Guy and Dot Breedlove, 110 Richmond Drive, Greenville and will receive friends from 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to a church of your choice.
