Ruby Catherine Suddeth Atkinson, 82, widow of the late Charles Edward Atkinson, passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018.
Born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late Walter M. and Addie L. Green Suddeth, Cat was a seamstress in the textiles industry. She was of the Baptist faith.
Cat is survived by two sisters, Geraldine Stansell and Patricia Redding and husband Tracy; two nephews, Brian Shelton and Jonathan Redding and wife Autumn; a niece, Becky Redding; and three great nephews, Jase, Briar, and Hunter Redding. She was predeceased by parents and her husband.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, June 15, 2018 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown. Burial will follow at Westview Cemetery in Liberty.
Visitation will be from 1-1:45 PM at the funeral home, prior to the service.
