Ruby Mae Davis Holder, 99, widow of the late Broadus Holder, died Thursday, July 19, 2012 at the Rainey Hospice House in Anderson.
Born in Greenville she was the daughter of the late Isaac A. and Zoa Bowen Davis.
Mrs. Holder is survived by daughter, Opal Quattlebaum and husband Don of Pendleton, daughter-in-law, Pat Holder of Pendleton, grandchildren, Greg Holder, Kelley H. MacDonald, Donna Fusco, Michael Quattlebaum and David Quattlebaum, 7 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a son, Chuck Holder.
Memorial services will be held at 2pm Monday at the Calvary Baptist Church,(Intersection of rt. 178 and rt. 88), Liberty, preceded by a private committal service at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Easley. The family will receive friends following the service at the church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Rainey Hospice House, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC 29621.
