Mrs. Ruby Finley Tankersley, 93, wife of the late Alonzo Finley and the late Norris Berry Tankersley, passed away Monday, December 5, 2011 at Capstone Health and Rehab.
Born in Pickens County, the daughter of the late Joe Berry and Lula Bentley Hester, Mrs. Tankersley was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are one daughter, Vivian Hill and one grandchild. In addition to her husbands and parents, Mrs. Tankersley was predeceased by all of her brothers and sisters.
Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 8, 2011 at Nine Forks Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the graveside, immediately following the service.
