Russell A. Poole, 56, of 110 Crawford Circle and husband of Sarah Watson Poole, died Sunday, October 9, 2011.
Born in Anderson, he was a son of the late W.W. (Bill) and Ada Abercrombie Poole. Russell was a Daniel High graduate and earned an Associate Degree in Heating and Air Conditioning from Tri County Tech He was a former employee of Clemson University and a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a brother, Ken (Sandra) Poole of Lexington; an uncle, Oscar Abercrombie of St. Petersburg, FL; nephew, Brandon Poole; and a niece, Kindra Murphy.
Memorial services will be 3 PM, Thursday in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home in Central. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
