Ruth Smith Kelley, 92, formerly of Central and widow of Lemuel Davis Kelley died Monday at the Rosemond Nursing Center in Pickens.
Born in Central, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence and Artie Kay Smith. Ruth was a former employee of Pratt-Read and Co. and a member of Welcome Baptist Church.
Surviving are her son, Harold Kelley of Central; step-son, L.D. Kelley of Slabtown, SC; step-daughter, Viola Owens of Greenville; grandson, Harold Jason Kelley and wife Jennifer of Easley; and two great-grandchildren Ben and Kate Kelley.
Funeral services will be 11 AM, Friday in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home with burial to follow in Welcome Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM, Thursday at the funeral home.
The family is at the home of Harold Kelley, 103 Lane Drive, Central, SC.
