Ruth Heege Kelly, 85, of 300 Glen Laurel Drive, died Friday, August 14, 2009, at Hospice of the Upstate.
Born in Decatur, GA, the daughter of the late Emil and Annie Heege, Mrs. Kelly retired from the Veteran's Administration in Georgia and later retired from Nationwide Insurance. She was of the Lutheran faith.
Surviving are two sons, Bob Kelly of Easley and Lou Kelly of Decatur, GA. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Kelly was predeceased by her ganddaughter, Maria Kelly and by her daughter-in-law, Pilar Kelly.
Graveside services were held Monday, August 17, 2009, at Decatur Cemetery in Decatur, GA.
