Mrs. Ruth Wilbanks Porter, 93, wife of the late Lee William Porter, passed away Sunday, January 11, 2015 at Majesty Health and Rehab.
Born in Oconee County, the daughter of the late John Walter and Lula Littleton Wilbanks, Mrs. Porter was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are a son, Mark M. Porter of Easley; two grandsons, Sean and Chris Porter; a granddaughter, Jennifer Howard; and six great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Porter was predeceased by ten siblings, of which she was the youngest.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.
A private graveside service will follow.
The family is at the home.
