Ruth Ann Gilstrap Steadman, 70, of 103 Pine Knob Road, died Wednesday, July 19, 2006 at Palmetto Health Baptist Easley.
Born in Liberty, she was a daughter of the late Homer and Eula Davenport Gilstrap. She was a homemaker and of the Presbyterian Faith.
Surviving are her husband of 28 years, Jeff Davis Steadman, Sr., of the home; three daughters, Wanda Lynn Merritt of Elizabethton, TN, Judy Collins, Patricia Atkins, both of Pickens; a sister, Lillie Mae Gilstrap of Liberty; eleven grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a daughter, Vickie Ann Horton; and several brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown with Reverend Dr. Roger Couch officiating. Burial will follow in Graceland West Cemetery in Greenville.
The family will receive friends Friday night from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
