Mrs. Sally Ann Smith Callegari, 75, wife of Steven William Callegari, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2016 at her home.

Born in Milwaukee, WI, a daughter of the late Spencer Wayne and Issabella Loper Smith, Mrs. Callegari was a retired registered nurse from St. Vincent's Hospital in Jacksonville, FL with forty-five years of service. She was a member of St. Luke Catholic Church.

Surviving, in addition to her husband of twenty-eight years, are a son, Timothy J. Smith of Boone, NC; and two sisters, Susan Morlock of Phoenix, AZ, and Mary Smith of Detroit, MI.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
