Sally Akers Sayers, 64, wife of Roger Dean Sayers, passed away Monday, July 12, 2010, at her home.
Born in Wytheville, VA, the daughter of the late Luther Clyde and Etta Mae Akers, Mrs. Sayers was a homemaker and a member of Tanglewood Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband, of the home, are two sons, Roger D. Sayers, Jr. of Greenville, and Kelly W. Sayers of Laurens; two grandchildren, Shay and Jacob Sayers.
Funeral services will be 6:00 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road with the Rev. Shane Donald officiating. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens, 1425 Powdersville Road, Easley, SC.
Visitation will be from 4:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home, prior to the service.
