Samad Turner, 30, of 274 Church Street died Monday, December 30, 2013 from injuries received in an automobile accident.
Samad was born, January 14, 1983 in Newark, NJ the first son of Cynthia Lorraine Turner. He attended Indian River Community College and Tri County Technical College. He was the Assistant Manager at the James F. Martin Inn on the campus of Clemson University.
Surviving in addition to his mother of Simpsonville, SC; brother, Tariq Turner of Anderson; aunts, Yvette Goodman of Woodstock, GA, Sylvia Wyatt of Milton, GA, and Pamela Wilson of Lilburn, GA; uncle, John C. Turner of Southport, NC; nieces and nephews, Ryleigh, Nathan and Laila; 30 extended brothers and sisters, a wealth of great-aunts , uncles, cousins and many loving friends.
In addition to his wife, Leanna Terry Turner, he was predeceased by his grandparents, John and Carrie Turner.
Memorial services will be 1 PM, Saturday in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home in Central with burial to follow in Memory Gardens, Clemson.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM, Friday at the funeral home.
