Sandra "Sandy" Smith Robbins, 63, wife of the late, Joel Edward Robbins III, passed away on Friday, July 28, 2017.
Sandy was born in Sacramento, CA and was a daughter of Faye Chapman Smith of Seneca and the late J. D. Smith, Jr. She was retired from Michelin Tire Corporation and was a member of Seneca Wesleyan Church.
Surviving in addition to her mother, are a step son, Joel Robbins of Easley; two sisters, Connie Johnson of Pendleton and Jennifer Smith of Clemson; one grandchild, Caleb Robbins.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
