Sandra Roper, 81, of Hagood Street, passed away Saturday, February 15, 2025.

Born in Easley, she was the daughter of the late, Naomi Hamby Roper Cox.

Sandra was a proud hairdresser for 50 years and enjoyed the opportunity to visit with her clients. She was a lifelong member of Glenwood Baptist Church. Sandra was a very caring person who always put others before herself. She enjoyed reading, solving crossword puzzles, watching old movies, and caring for her family, especially her grandnieces and nephews.

Sandra was a loving sister to Patti Roper Messervy of Easley; an aunt to Michelle Fowler, Sean Faulkner, Anni Hunnicutt, and Amy McCutchen; and several grandnieces and nephews. 

In addition to her mother, Sandra was predeceased by her brother, Benny Roper, a niece, Mindy Manley, and a grandnephew, Ethan Fowler.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, from 1:00 PM until 1:50 PM at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
