Sandra Lee Callaham Smith, 78, of Liberty, wife of Thomas Joseph Smith, passed away Sunday, August 30, 2015 at Brookdale Nursing Home.
Born April 29, 1937 in Greenville, County, she was a daughter of the late George Callaham and the late Gertrude Brock Callaham. Mrs. Smith was a retired head bank teller with First Citizens Bank for over thirty years and attended Slabtown Baptist Church. She loved The Lord, her family, church and music.
In addition to her husband of thirty years, she is survived by her son, Cecil Duncan (Debra); daughter, Kim Downs (Chris); brother, David Callaham; sister, Becky McAlister; grandchildren, Melissa Tollison, Chelsea Pickard and Allison Cromer, great-granddaughter, Cara Beth Tollison.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Joe Callaham.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 PM Thursday, September 3, 2015 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 1:30 PM until 2:45 PM Thursday prior to the service at the funeral home.
