Sara Katherine Stewart Anders, 80, of 105 Old Vinland School Road and wife of Robert B. Anders, died Saturday, August 25, 2007 at Countryside Village.
Born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late James Henry and Flora Jane Sentell Stewart, she was a former co-owner and operator of The Corn Crib Store and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving in addition to her husband are; three sons, Bobby Dean Anders and wife Bonnie of Greenwood, Ronnie Anders of Easley and Samuel "Sonny" Anders and wife Kathy of Greer; daughter, Diane Anders Springs and husband, Marion of Easley; brother, Buddy Stewart of Pickens; three sisters, Helen Gravley of Pickens, Doris Coker of Waterloo, and Lois Perry of Brevard, NC; 8 grandchildren, Ronald Anders, Donnie Anders, David Springs, Michelle Springs Merck, Deborah Springs Wilson, Chris Anders, Cheyanne Anders and Jason Anders; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11 AM, Monday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with burial to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM, Sunday at the funeral home.
