Mrs. Sara "Sally" Traynham Stovall, 74, wife of the late Jimmy Lane Stovall, Sr., passed away Monday, April 29, 2024.

Born in Greenville, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Earle C. Traynham, Sr. and Ruth League Traynham. Sally, as she was affectionately known was a graduate of Greenville High School and carried with her a deep love for all animals throughout her life. Sally's youthful and fun-loving spirit illuminated the lives of those around her as a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her family meant everything to her, and she poured endless love and care into each generation. Her nurturing spirit will forever be remembered by her surviving family members. Apart from her devotion to family, Sally found joy in simple pleasures. She delighted in playing games, crocheting, and reading, always keeping herself engaged with activities that brought her happiness. Her hands were never idle, constantly crafting moments of joy for herself and those she loved. Faith played a significant role in Sally's life as she held steadfast to the Baptist Faith. Her beliefs provided her with strength and comfort, guiding her through both joyful and challenging times.
