Sarah Jane Morrison

Sarah Jane Morrison, 68, of Liberty, wife of Harold James Morrison, passed away January 27, 2023.

Born in Pickens, she was the daughter of the late Martin and Julie Rackley Rhodes. Sarah worked many years in textiles, retiring from Liberty Denim. She loved her Clemson Tigers, watching soap operas, listening to gospel music, and her animals. Sarah was of the Christian faith.

She is survived by her husband of fifty years, Harold James Morrison; son, Eric Morrison of Liberty; daughter, Deanne Gillespie and husband Keith of Liberty; brothers, William “Buster” Rhodes and wife Amy of Pickens and Stanley Rhodes and wife Linda of Liberty; sister, Shirley Holder of Liberty. Sarah is also survived by her grandsons, Zachary Morrison and Cameron Morrison, both of Liberty.

The family will receive friends on Monday, January 30, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home.

Funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Memory Gardens.
