 Sarah Gardo Turner, 97, beloved wife of the late Charlie Turner, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, October 7, 2024, at her home.

 Born in Pickens County, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Beatrice Marchbanks Gardo.

 Mrs. Turner was retired from Alice Manufacturing after 40 years of dedicated service. She was a member of Tabor United Methodist Church where she loved serving her Lord. She enjoyed crocheting, and cooking and was a wonderful baker.

 Surviving is her daughter, Janice C. Turner of Pickens; a sister, Linda Gardo Garrison of Easley; a sister-in-love, Becky Gardo of Easley; a brother, Jerry Gardo of Easley; and many nieces and nephews.

 In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a son, Steve Turner, a sister, Ellis West, and two brothers, Bud Gardo and Tommy Gardo.

 A graveside service will be 1:00 PM on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, in Hillcrest Memorial Park in Pickens.

 In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Tabor United Methodist Church, 1943 Ireland Road, Easley, SC 29640.
