Richard Scott Durham, 55, of Hester Store Road, passed away Friday, October 20, 2017 at his home.
Born in Greenville County, he was a son of the late William Woodrow Durham and Fannie Elizabeth Ramey Durham.
Scott was self-employed and was a member of New Life Baptist Church in Greenville. He was a hard working man who enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, racing and fishing.
Surviving are his wife, Kendall Holcombe Durham; children, Charley Durham of Easley and Scottie Durham (Lenell) of Williamston; grandchildren, Amiyah Smith, Major and Maleah Dean; Godfather to, "Lil" Ricky Hall of Easley, Nikki Hall and Jennifer Hall both of Greenville; a special friend, Wannette Hall; a sister, Lynn Knox (Howard) of Easley; and brothers, Bryant Durham (Linda) and Eddie Durham all of Dacusville and Gene Hunt (Sybil)of Greenville.
Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Tuesday, October 24, 2017 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, with burial to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park in Easley.
The family will receive friends prior to the service on Tuesday from 1:00 PM until 2:45 PM at the funeral home.
Flowers will be accepted.
The family will be at their respective homes.
