Scott Dwayne Richardson

Mr. Scott Dwayne Richardson, Sr. 51, husband of Rebecca Lemar "Becky" Richardson, passed away Monday, September 13, 2021.

Mr. Richardson was born in Pickens County, a son of Margaret Anne Burdine Richardson of Easley, and the late James Edward Richardson, Sr. Scott was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He loved spending time outside on his farm caring for his many animals. He was a loving and devoted husband and father. Scott and Becky enjoyed twenty-one years of building a life together. He was a valued employee of Panelmatic, Inc. and always had great stories to tell about time spent with co-workers. Scott was a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church.

Surviving, in addition to his wife and mother, Scott also had a son, Scott Dwayne Richardson, Jr. and a daughter-in-law, Angel Nichole Richardson, along with a granddaughter, Kynleigh Anne Richardson, of Easley; a daughter, Prisyla Nancy Memphis Belle Richardson of Easley; a step-son, Steven Dewayne Seay, II of Liberty; and two brothers, James Edward "Jamie" Richardson, Jr. (Beth), and Jeffrey David "Jeff" Richardson, both of Easley.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday, September 20, 2021 at Cross Roads Baptist Church, Easley. Burial will follow in the Cedar Rock Baptist Church Cemetery, Easley. The family requests that the CDC guidelines in wearing masks and social distancing be followed.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00 PM until 1:45 PM Monday, September 20, 2021 at the church.
