Selma Dorsey Rollins

Selma Dorsey Rollins, 92, Central, SC, passed away on September 25, 2026. She was born in Pickens County to the late Roy Hendricks and Edna Cantrell Hendricks.

Selma lived a life grounded in devotion to work and, above all, to family. She worked for many years in the textile industry, bringing steady dedication to her career over the course of her life.

Outside of her work, Selma found her greatest joy in the people she loved most. She loved spending time with her daughters and granddaughter, and those moments together reflected the center of her life. Her proudest accomplishment was her family, a source of deep pride and lasting happiness.

Selma is survived by her daughters, Becky Rollins, and Tammy Rollins; granddaughter, Summer Gillespie; and honorary son, Everett Cameron.

In addition to her parents, Selma is preceded in death by her brother Albert Hendricks.
