Shane Craig Simons, 36, of 110 Tallons Point Road, died Friday February 26, 2010.
Mr. Simons was born in Rota, Spain, a son of Bernard Craig Simons, of Altha, Florida and Adelle Powell O'Shields, of Seneca. He was a member of the 2010 graduating class at Southern Wesleyan University and an employee of Greenfield Industries. He was a member of Washington Baptist Church and was active in Foothills Community Church.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife, Lisa Morgan Simons, of the home ; twin-sons, Blaine and Brayson Simons, of the home ; a brother, Chad Simons and his wife, Tina Weaver, of Ringold, Georgia ; maternal grandfather, Alfred Powell, of West Virginia ; paternal grandmother, Dora Bunner, of Buchannon, West Virginia ; step-mother, Nancy Simons, of Altha, Florida ; step-father, Edward O'Shields, of Seneca ; step-brothers, Eddie O'Shields, of Anderson and Toby Shiver, of Dotan, Alabama ; step-sisters, Stacy Briggs, of Townville, SC and Tabitha Marcus, of New York, NY ; neice, Coley Weaver and nephew, Michael Henry.
Mr. Simons was preceded in death by twin sons, Kaiden and Bailey Simons.
Funeral services will be 2:30 PM Monday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road, 1425 Powdersville Road, Easley. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until 2:30, prior to the service, at the funeral home.
The family is at the home of his mother, 110 Tallons Point Road, Seneca.
