Shawn Anthony Elrod, 33, of Easley, passed away Sunday, April 21, 2024.

Born in Easley, he was a son of Ralph Anthony “Tony” Elrod of Easley and Marilyn Patterson Burns (Anthony) of Aiken.

Shawn was a former construction worker and of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed repairing computers, fishing, racing, and drawing.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughters, Gracelynn Faith Elrod and Paizlee Hope Elrod; the mother of his children, Lashay Gilstrap; his brother, Austin Elrod (Autumn); and paternal grandparents, Ralph and Gwendolyn Elrod. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Thomas and Doris Patterson.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 25, 2024, from 12:00 PM until 1:30 PM at Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 PM in Greenlawn Memorial Park in Easley.

Flowers will be accepted.

The family will be at their respective homes.
