Shelby Jean Gilstrap Morgan, 74, of 107 Country Club Drive and wife of John Alfred Morgan went to be with the Lord, Saturday, July 28, 2012 at Cottingham Hospice House in Seneca.
Born in Easley, she was a daughter of the late Jesse and Lillian Brown Gilstrap. She was a homemaker and was a member of Morningstar Independent Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons, Brian (Melinda) Morgan and Roger (Cindy) Morgan; daughter, Wanda (Jimmy) Gravley; brother, Curtis Gilstrap all of Pickens; eight grandchildren, Travis Morgan, Amanda Tallman, Jessica Gravley, Jonathan Gravley, Ashlee Gravley, Jake Gravley, Daniel Morgan and Rebekah Morgan; and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 12 noon, Tuesday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park in Pickens.
Visitation will be from 10:30 to 11:45 AM, Tuesday prior to the service at the funeral home.
The family is at the home.
