Mrs. Sherri Norris Brissey, 49, of 501 North Norris Dr. wife of Ray Brissey, passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at her home.
Born January 28, 1962 in Anderson County, she was a daughter of Furman and Edna Kennemore Norris of Liberty. Mrs. Brissey was a homemaker and a member of Amazing Grace Fellowship. She was a loving and caring wife and mother who loved spending time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband of 5 years, she is survived by her sons, BJ Holcombe and Matt Holcombe both of Easley; step children, Cindy Stencil, Kayla Crawford both of Easley, Michael Brissey of Pickens and Tyler Brissey of the home; brothers, Brian Norris of Liberty, Paul Norris of Spartanburg, and Marlin Norris of Central; two grandchildren, Jonathan Holcombe and Jerred Holombe.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, June 4, 2011 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with Rev. Timothy Williamson and Rev Roland Bearden officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens in Clemson.
Visitation will be 7-9 PM Friday, at the funeral home.
The family is at the home of her parents 148 Melton Rd., Liberty, SC.
