Sherrill Ann Arnold Chappell

On Tuesday, June 28th, 2016, our dear mother, Sherrill Ann Arnold Chappell, 60 years old, peacefully entered into her eternal sleep to be with her heavenly Father.
Born in Greenville, SC, Sherrill was the daughter of Robert O. Arnold, Sr. and Jo Ann Phillips Arnold.
She was a graduate of Easley High School and a member of Brushy Creek Baptist Church of Easley. She courageously beat breast cancer and became actively involved in raising funds and awareness through Relay for Life. She found the most joy in going overboard to make every occasion for her loved ones special. She had a fierce love of the ocean, dancing to beach music, and living life to the fullest.
In addition to her parents, Sherrill is survived by her two daughters, Lori Acker (Scott) and Lisa Cobb (Jason); six grandchildren, Evan Chappell, Brandon Whisnant, Audrey Cobb, Aidan Cobb, Jacob Cobb, and Kai Cobb; a brother, Robert Arnold (Robin); her longtime companion and sweetheart, Jerry Johnson, and his family who became her family, too.
Graveside service will be held Friday, July 1st at 10:00AM in Robinson Memorial Gardens, 1425 Powdersville Road, Easley, with Rev. Dr. Keith Shorter and Rev. Rodney Graham officiating.
Family will receive friends at Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road immediately following the service.
Flowers are accepted at the funeral home, and donations are requested directly to Pickens County Relay for Life, 154 Green Wave Blvd, Easley, SC 29642.
