Sherry Jean Klein

Sherry Jean Klein, 76, of Central, passed away on May 29, 2024.

Born in Summerville, GA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Rudolph Gaines and Lillian Gardner Gaines. Sherry worked for Barfield Instrument Corporation in Florida and Pine Grove BBQ in Townville, but her greatest joy was being a mother and raising her family. She enjoyed playing cards on the computer, watching crime shows, and checking on her family. 

Sherry is survived by her son, Brian Kelly Klein; grandchildren, Noah Joseph Klein, Mason Lee Buote, and Brileigh Louise Buote; sister, Barbara Gaines Rhoads Simmons; brother, Michael Gaines.

She is predeceased by her parents; son, Mark Thomas Klein, II; sister, Peggy Wesnitzer.

Sherry had a final thought she wished to share following her death, God Bless America. Long live the Republic of the United States of America. We are not a Democracy. Thank God.
