Shirley Berryhill Chastain, 71, passed away Saturday, November 1, 2014 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Born in Greenville County, the daughter of the late Palmer Dewey and Hazel McCall Berryhill, Shirley retired from the Greenville Hospital System and was a member of Georges Creek Baptist Church.
Surviving are a son, Billy Joe "BJ" Chastain, Jr. of Easley; a daughter, Angela Chastain "PJ" Weaver (Jeffrey Scott) of Simpsonville; and a granddaughter, Morgan Emily Weaver. In addition to her parents, Shirley was predeceased by a son, Jonathan Allen Chastain.
Memorial services will be 3:00 PM Tuesday, November 4, 2014 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
The family is at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, 208 New Harrison Bridge Road, Simpsonville, SC 29680.
