Shirley Sue Sanders, 73, passed away Thursday, September 25, 2014 at her home.
Born in Calhoun, Ga, a daughter of the late Coffer James and Minnie Lee Robinson Sanders, Shirley retired from Alice Manufacturing Co. and was a member of Lenhardt Christian Fellowship.
Surviving, are a brother, Raymond L. Sanders of Liberty; three sisters, Joyce Medlin, Ruby Holder and Jo Ann O'Conner, all of Easley; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Shirley was predeceased by three sons, Edward and Scottie Atkins, and Tony Edens; and one daughter, Deborah Atkins.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, September 28, 2014 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with Reverends John Brown and Robbie Brissey officiating. Burial will follow Hillcrest Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Saturday at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.
The family is at the home.
