Shirley Mae Snyder Tuper, 59, of 105 Amy Lane, died Wednesday, December 16, 2009, at Palmetto Health Baptist.
Born in Sodus, NY, the daughter of the late Wesley and Ida Mae Aunkst Snyder, Mrs. Tuper was formerly the manager of a variety store in New York.
Surviving are her husband, Donald Tuper of Clyde, NY; three sons, Don Tuper, Jr., of Buffalo, NY, Scott Tuper of Clyde, NY and Kenneth Wesley Knudson of El Paso, TX; a daughter, Rev. Gina Marie Elliott and husband, Tim, of Easley; two brothers, Bernard Snyder and wife, Susan, of Greenville and Harry Snyder and wife, Rose, of Savannah, NY; eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Memorial services will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powwdersville Road.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 154 Milestone Way, Greenville, SC 29615.
The family is at the home of Gina and Tim Elliott, 105 Amy Lane, Easley, SC 29640.
