Shirley "Nanny Ann" Wallace

Shirley Ann Wallace, 74, of Pelzer, SC wife of the late Michael Wayne Wallace Sr passed away, Thursday, March 23, 2023.

Born in Greenville, SC. She was a daughter of the late Leroy Towe and Ollie Mae Towe of GA. She graduated from Parker High School. She later retired as a custodian at Powdersville High School for the Anderson School District 1. She loved camping as well as traveling with her family. Her favorite state to visit was Tennessee to enjoy the spectacular Christmas lights. Shirley also loved traveling to the beach with her work friends. She was also an avid Clemson Tiger fan. She was a member of New Life Worship Center for over a decade.

Shirley is survived by a son; Michael W. Wallace Jr (E.J.) of Seymour, TN, daughters; Robin R. Bagwell of Pelzer, SC, and Andrea L. Pilgrim of Greenville, SC, brothers; Kenneth Towe of Greenville, SC, Jerry Towe of Greenville, SC, sister; Eula Hawkins (Allen) of Piedmont, grandchildren; Matt (Shannon), Josh (Candace) Kayla (Cody) , Jena (Dillion) , Hannah, little Josh, Avalynn, Erik, Peyton, Emma, great-grandchildren; Skyler, Aubree, Aniston, Sutton, Hunter, Isaac, Kaylee, Kylie, Raylyn.

She is preceded in death by her brothers Terry Towe and Michael Towe.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 am - 1:45 pm Sunday, March 26, 2023, at Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Rd, 1425 Powdersville Road, Easley, SC 29642.  A funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow the service at Robinson Memorial Gardens.
