Mr. Steven Lewis, 69, of Liberty, SC and husband of Wynel Lewis, passed away Friday, October 19, 2018.
Born in Waynesboro, VA, the son of the late Harold and Lucille Lewis. Mr. Lewis retired from Michelin Tire in Sandy Springs, SC. He was an avid motocross racer who counted six amateur national championships among his many accolades.
In addition to his wife of twenty-nine years, he is survived by a son, Alex Lewis (Cheryl) of Moore, SC; a daughter, April Bell (Bobby) of Liberty, SC; six grandchildren, Parker Lewis, Rebecca Lewis, Rylee Bell, Gatlin Bell, Logan Bell and Kensie Bell; a great-grandson, Jeremiah Simpson; and a great-granddaughter Wakely Bell; and three sisters, Marsha Gregory of Waynesboro, VA, Debra Repella of Binghamton, NY and Stephanie Tyler of Waynesboro, VA.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday, October 23 at Robinson Funeral Home on Powdersville Road.
