Mr. Steve D. Rampey, 54, husband of Pauline Phanhmixay Rampey, formerly of Six Mile, passed away Thursday, June 27, 2013 at St. Josephs Hospital of Atlanta.
Born in Pickens County, a son of Jodie Forrester Rampey of Lawrenceville, GA and the late Wayne Winfred Rampey, Mr. Rampey was owner and operator of Road Runner Disposal Services and was of the Bapist faith. He was a US Army Veteran.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are three sons, Matthew Rampey of Buford, GA, Austin and Shaun Snyder, both of the home; one daughter, Melissa Sisouphanh of Lawrenceville, GA; one brother, Michael Rampey of Monroe, GA; one sister, Sharon Summey of Powdersville; and an aunt, Linda Rampey Suits of Easley. In addition to his father, Mr. Rampey was predeceased by a son, Boyce Rampey; a daughter, Stephanie Rampey; and a brother, Roger Dale Rampey.
Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
