Mr. Steven "Steve" Frank Lanzer, 82, loving husband of Sheila Lane Lanzer, went to be with his Lord and Savior Thursday, December 12, 2024.
Born in Neenah, WI, a son of the late Frank Lanzer and the late Louise Fredrich Lanzer, Mr. Lanzer was a graduate of Neenah High School and retired from Allstate Insurance with many years of service. He was a US Army National Guard Veteran and a member of Siloam Baptist Church.
Steve had a deep faith in God. He loved his family, wood working, card games "Cribbage", being outside, fires, reading, watching the birds, camping and most of all always making everyone laugh with his DAD jokes. He will be dearly missed by all that loved and knew him.
Surviving, in addition to his wife of forty-three years, are his son, Toby Lanzer (Stephanie) of Powdersville; his daughter, Trina Kelly (Jason) of Greenville; two brothers, Jim Lanzer of Pickens, and Robert Lanzer (See) of Neenah, WI; his grandchildren, Trace Bateman, Sam and Charlie Henson, Maggie Lanzer, Brianna Kurz (Jonathan) and Aidan Kelly; great-grandchildren, Langston and Skylan; his fur baby companion, Biscuit; and numerous nieces and nephews.
All can pay their respects at the drop in Celebration of Life at the home from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM Saturday, December 21, 2024, hosted by the family.
Memorials may be made in memory of Steve to Amy's Angels Dog Rescue, 131 Country Creek Drive, Kings Mountain, NC 28086.
