Mrs. Lillian Sue Poole Price, 70, of 10 Hartsfield Ct., wife of Robert Moore "Bob" Price, passed away Sunday, November 27, 2011 at Baptist Easley Hospital.
Born April 19, 1941 in New Hope, NC, she was a daughter of the late Wesley and Mary Sprinkle Poole. Mrs. Price was a homemaker who enjoyed crocheting, cooking, entertaining friends, and loved being "Grandsue" to her granddaughters. She was a member of St. Andrew United Methodist Church.
In addition to her husband of 47 years, she is survived by her daughter, Beth Munson (John) of Easley; sister, Helen Poole of New Hope, NC; brothers, Russell Poole of Union Grove, NC and Billy Poole of Atlanta, GA; granddaughters, Laura Elizabeth and Natalie Joanna Munson.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers, Johnny Poole and Wayne Poole.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Friday, December 2, 2011 at St. Andrew United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM until 1:45 PM Friday at the church prior to the service.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer�??s Association, 4124 Clemson Blvd., Suite L, Anderson, SC 29621, or St. Andrew United Methodist Church Building Fund, 309 Pelzer Highway, Easley, SC 29642-1619.
