Syble Virginia Yeary, 78, of 540 Gentry Memorial Highway, died Tuesday February 20, 2007 at her home.
Born in Six Mile, she was a daughter of the late Tillman R. and Lucy Merck Chasteen. Mrs. Yeary retired from Michelin in Greenville and attended Rock Springs Baptist Church.
Surviving are her sons, James T. Yeary and Ronald K. Yeary, both of Liberty ; three grandchildren, Tara Lockaby, of Powdersville, Megan Yeary and Abby Yeary, both of Liberty ; a great-grandchild, Morgan Lockaby, of Powdersville.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown, conducted by the Reverend Dr. David Gallamore. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
The family is at the residence and will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 PM until 7:30 PM at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Rock Springs Baptist Church - Building Fund, 201 Rock Springs Road, Easley, SC 29642.
