Sylvia Chapman Henderson, 80, of 700 Hendricks Road, passed away Friday March 26, 2010 at Rainey Hospice House.
Mrs. Henderson was born in Easley, a daughter of the late Lee A. and Lydia Gilliland Chapman. She was a graduate of Easley High School and a beautician. Mrs. Henderson was a member of Zion United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Marion F. Henderson, of the home ; sons, Stephen Lee Henderson (Karen), Marion Greg Henderson (Leslie) and Mitchell Keith Henderson (Stacy), all of Easley ; a daughter, Kimberly Tilson-Crowe (Mike), of Easley ; 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Center.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Monday at Zion United Methodist Church with the Reverend Mike Cox officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 5:30 PM Sunday at Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown.
The family is at the home.
