Sylvia Corine Cantrell Spohn

Sylvia Corine Cantrell Spohn, 83, of Birch Run, MI, formerly of Pendleton, SC,
wife of the late Rev. Leonard Spohn, passed away November 19, 2022.
Born in Transylvania County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Ivy and Veora
Mulenex Cantrell. Mrs. Spohn assisted her husband Rev. Leonard Spohn with their
nursing home ministry and retired from working at Winn Dixie Deli Department.
She loved to travel and see foreign places.
She is survived by her brother, Benny Cantrell; stepdaughters, Debra (David)
Lienau, Lorrie (Robert) Spohn Claudy; eleven step grandchildren, Catherine
(Gregory) Gilmore, Zachary (Elizabeth) Lienau, Nicole Lienau, Amanda (David)
Dawn, Catie (Nick) Skaft, Jeffrey (Adrianna) Agan, Jr., Joe (McKenzie) Agan,
William Agan, Sean Agan, Erin Agan, and James Agan; fifteen step great-
grandchildren, Briana Means, Alexis Gilmore, Chase Gilmore, Tegan Hewitt,
Reese Judd, Kennedy Lienau, Bennett Lienau, Michael Dawn, Ana Dawn, Samual
Dawn, Ezra Dawn, Uriah Dawn, Emma Loon, and James Loon.
Sylvia was predeceased by her husband Rev. Leonard Lemorris Spohn and
parents, Ivy G. Cantrell and Veora Mulenex Cantrell.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 28, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at
Memory Gardens, Central, SC.
