Tammy Childress Roberson, 64, went to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday, December 10, 2023.

Born in Pickens County, the daughter of Florence Hudson Childress of Easley, and the late Julius Edward Childress, Tammy was a graduate of Easley High School and retired from Safe-Plast. She was a member of Enon Baptist Church.

Tammy loved spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren she dearly adored. She will be deeply missed by all who loved and knew her. 

Surviving, in addition to her mother, are a son, Shawn Roberson of Liberty; her brother, Derek Childress (Lesia) of Easley; and her two grandchildren, Hunter Roberson and Rylee Roberson. In addition to her father, she was predeceased by a son, Craig Roberson.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, December 14, 2023 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM until 1:45 PM Thursday at the funeral home, prior to the service.

The family is at the home of her mother.
