Teresa Dillard Mills, 49, of 205 Shady Lane, formerly of Easley, passed away Monday, February 20, 2012 at AnMed.
Born in Easley, Teresa was the daughter of Clyde Milton and Doris McCall Dillard of Easley. She graduated from Easley High School and was Vice President of Marketing for Peoples National Bank, where she worked for twenty-five years. Prior to that Teresa was employed by Carolina National Bank. Teresa was a member of Brushy Creek Baptist Church, and she was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels.
Surviving in addition to her parents are her husband, Marvin A. Mills, of the home; a brother, Curtis Milton Dillard, of Fountain Inn; step-daughters; Dorothy Jeanette Mills Peternel of Burlington, NC, Deborah Jean Mills Rice of Cedar, MN, Sheila Victoria Mills Crooke of Crystal Lake, IL, Pamela Jo Mills of Greenville and Paige Mills Parks of Spartanburg; and grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Teresa was predeceased by her brother, Randy Clyde Dillard.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, Easley. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial, Pickens.
Visitation will be from 9:30 until 10:45 AM Thursday at the funeral home prior to the service.
Memorials may be made to Meals On Wheels of Pickens County, P.O. Box 184, Easley, SC 29641 or to Hospice of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC 29621.
Family members are at their respective homes.
