Teresa Clark Moore, 88, of Clemson and widow of L. "Lefty" Moore, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, March 27, 2014.
She was born Easter Sunday, April 12, 1925 in Stillwater, Oklahoma to Olin M. and Ester Soto Clark. She graduated from Calhoun-Clemson High School and attended Winthrop College. She worked at Clemson College in both the Dairy and Chemistry Departments. She was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church. She will be remembered for her kind, gentle soul and her great sense of humor.
Surviving are her daughter, Michelle and husband, Chip and two grandchildren Lou and Ava Thompson of Clemson; sister, Estercita Ferguson of Columbia; brother, Mitchell Clark and his wife, Gladys of Charlotte, NC.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 PM, Sunday at Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, Central, SC.
There will be a memorial mass at 5:15 PM, Monday in the Chapel of St. Andrew Catholic Church in Clemson.
The family wishes to thank all of Mrs. Moore's wonderful caregivers for their excellent care over the years.
