Terry Lee Beck, 50, of Highland Road, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at his home.
Born in Easley, a son of Jackson G. and Lottie Raby Beck of Cherokee, NC, Terry was employed with the City of Easley and a member of Easley Church of God. He was a veteran of Desert Storm having served with the US Army.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are a son, Jarrett Thomas Lance of Salem; and two sisters, Teresa Beck of Easley and Patricia Beck of Cherokee, NC. Terry was predeceased by a brother, Ted William Beck and by a sister, Evelyn Jackie Beck.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday in the chapel of Crisp Funeral Home in Bryson City, NC, with Rev. Eddie Stillwell and Rev. J.T. Lambert officiating. Burial will follow in Tow String Community Cemetery in Cherokee, NC.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 9:00 PM Friday at Crisp Funeral Home.
