Terry "Beau" Connell, Jr., 51, of 2126 Three and Twenty Road, died Wednesday July 2, 2008 at his parents' home in Greenville.
Mr. Connell was born in Greenville, a son of Terry O. Connell, Sr and Judith Abercrombie Connell, of Greenville. He attended Presbyterian College and was an engineer with General Motors Corporation. He was a Christian.
Surviving in addition to his parents, are his wife, Christina Barry Connell, of the home ; sons, Terry "Chip" Connell, III, of Travelers Rest, SC and Joshua Connell, of New York ; a daughter, Chelsea L. Connell, of Greenville ; sisters, Turea Dawson, of Simpsonville, SC and Celeste Stabler, of Lexington, SC.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Saturday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road, conducted by the Reverend Gene Pitts and the Reverend Peggy Garland. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery, East.
The family is at the home of his parents, 3401 E. North Street, Greenville, and will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM and also Saturday from 9:30 AM until 11:00 AM, prior to the service.
Memorials may be made to Greenville County Cancer Society, 113 Mills Avenue, Greenville, SC 29605.
