Terry Joseph Monkus, 47, of 1382 Smith Grove Road, died Wednesday, June 8, 2010 from injuries suffered in an automobile accident.
Born in Pickens County, he was a son of the late David Madison and Beth Joann Holliday. He was a construction worker and was of the Church of God of Prophecy faith.
Surviving are a daughter, Jessica Addis of Walhalla; two brothers, Paul Dennis Monkus of Greenville and William Monkus of Norris; four sisters, Deborah Culley, Nancy Monkus and Teresa Evett all of Liberty, and Rhonda Gross of Telford, TN.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a son, Joshua Dewayne Monkus.
Memorial services will be held at 11 AM, Friday at The Church of God, 235 East Blue Ridge Street, Pendleton, SC 29670.
Visitation will be held immediately following the service at the church.
The family will be at their respective homes.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, 108 Cross Creek Road, Central, SC 29630.
