Mrs. Thelma Tollison Curtis, 90, wife of the late Herman E. Curtis, passed away Friday, July 29, 2011 at Magnolia Place, Greenville.
Born in Anderson County, a daughter of the late John Tillman and Emmie Bryant Tollison, Mrs. Curtis retired from J.P. Stevens after thirty years of service and was a member of First Baptist Church, Easley.
Surviving are one son, Donnie Curtis and his wife Mary of Greenville; three granchildren,Diane Westmoreland (Mark), Donna Campbell (Tim) and Cynthia Outz (Mike); five great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Curtis was predeceased by four brothers, Alton, Bruce, Rev. Grady and Rev. John Tollison; two sisters, Pauline Fowler and Eunice Johnson.
Funeral services will be 3:30 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with Rev. Dr. John Adams officiating. Burial will follow in Westview Cemetery, Liberty.
Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 3:15 p.m. Saturday prior to the service, at the funeral home.
The families are at their respective homes.
